“The 30-Second Bunnies
Theatre”
Take classic movies, distill their plots into 30-second
rapid-fire tales, and have all the characters played by
earnest, animated bunnies. The results are delightful
mini-classics. Our favorites: "Alien," "Titanic"
and "It's a Wonderful Life." Comments

Bloc
Games’ “Stackopolis”
Think stacking up building blocks is just for young kids?
Think again. London-based Bloc Games has turned this seemingly
straightforward task into a beautifully designed, beat-the-clock
race, set in a lively cityscape and complete with a “blueprint”
and an “artist’s impression” of the
final construction, that is just a few blocks short of
being addictive. Comments on

“The
Zoomquilt”
The makers—an artists’ collaborative—
describe this joint work as a “quilt,” although,
undoubtedly, it bares scant resemblance to any quilt you’ve
ever seen. You zoom into detailed scene after scene, infinitely,
inspiring a giddy sense that there is a story underneath
it all… if only you could figure it out. Comments

Hallmark’s
“No Ordinary Hi”
Yes, Hallmark. That purveyor of cardboard sentimentality
has a strong e-card presence, including a terrific “Hoops
& Yoyo” series. One of the highlights of the
series is this behind-the-scenes look at the making of
an e-card. Like other kinds of media production, e-cards
apparently have to deal with quirky actors… even
if
they’re animated. Comments
